Use of this platform does not constitute a transfer of any ownership rights, patents, or copyrights. All code and methodologies are Copyright © 2026 and protected under international law.
2. PATENT PENDING STATUS
Notice is hereby given that the processes, methods, and systems utilized within the ValSource platform are PATENT PENDING. This protection covers the unique data aggregation, identification, and valuation workflows provided by the platform. Any unauthorized duplication, imitation, or reverse-engineering of these protected processes is strictly prohibited and subject to federal legal action.
3. COMPREHENSIVE MARKET RESTRICTIONS
The ValSource modular core is designed for rapid deployment across all asset-heavy environments. Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing the platform logic to develop competing solutions or derivative works in the following restricted sectors:

Any attempt to white-label or re-sell ValSource technology for these or any other unlisted industry verticals without the express written licensing consent of Benjamin Fox is a violation of international intellectual property laws and copyright protections.
4. WHITE-LABELING & THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATION
This section governs "Add-on" and "White-Label" usage for third-party partnerships.
The ValSource code may only be utilized as a third-party addition to existing software platforms through an official licensing agreement with Benjamin Fox. Any attempt by third-party companies—including restoration, wholesale, or shipping software providers—to integrate ValSource logic or Magic Reader™ protocols into their own systems without a paid license is a direct violation of Copyright © 2026 and trade secret protections.
5. DATA INTEGRITY & AUDIT
ValSource maintains a cryptographic audit trail of all asset identifications. Users agree that their access is logged and that any unauthorized scraping or data extraction of the Multi-Input Magic Reader™ identification protocols will be met with immediate termination of access and aggressive legal recourse.
